Dancers Must Audition To Perform – Audition times Saturday September 13 11:30am – 5:45pm and Sunday September 14 1pm – 6pm. Arrive 30 minutes prior to audition time for registration. Auditions are by age as of 9/1, not by ballet class or academic grade levels. Do not ask to change audition time. See flyer for details. Audition Attire: Females: Black leotard, pink tights, ballet slippers, hair in ballet bun Males: Black bike pants or sweats, white t-shirt, black ballet shoes.

Dallas Ballet Company is a pre-professional ballet company that offers young serious dancers the opportunity to perform in professional quality productions for the community. Dallas Ballet Company has performed for numerous local events and festivals including an annual Nutcracker, DBCo spring concert, Symphony of
Toys at Avery Fisher Hall in New York City and the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas. Having successfully toured in Austria 2006 and 2010 as part of the Young Tanzsommer dance festival, DBCo is now internationally recognized. Dancers must be fully committed to become a member of DBCo and parental support is crucial for the organization. DBCo is also an Honor Company member of Regional Dance America/Southwest.
